Abstract

Most of the Large Housing Projects have different dwelling units designs. The optimum project from the economical point of view depends on different constraints such as cost of the site planning, dwelling design, project locations, etc. This paper discusses a new approach for maximizing the profits or minimizing the cost of each design, using the Transportation Model.
