Abstract
This research is an extension of previous research on the properties of hybrid assembly job shops. The system complexity in terms of product structures, the performance measure used, the due data assignment rules, and the job dispatching rules are among the key factors considered in research simulation models. In this paper the effects of simulation based due dates, increasing the number and complexity of product structures, and dispachinng rules on job shop performance are evaluated using prior research model and results as a base.
