Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to establish an efficient hardware algorithm for static and dynamic RAMS testing. The paper discribes the analytical formulation, the hardware realization, and the experimental results of the proposed algorithm when used in testing RAMs as this type of RAMs are widely used.
