Abstract
The local industry suffers from the unmatched inaccurate products due to the variance in labor skills and mentality, Led to make the machines that rely on digital control and digital control of programmed computerized represent a great benefit to the production lines, and even though their prices high and the high costs of maintenance and downtime. Current work aims to explore the possibilities for the design of mechanical parts and electrical components of the control system and to overcome the problems of design and programming, taking into account the clearance between the simplicity of the control circuits and ease of programming required. Was built digital control system programmer computerized to complement the angular momentum of the engines Alkhtaiwih was used to drive a small lathe through a special program is easy to use for computers in order to adopt the system of control a low-cost easy construction and easy maintenance for the leadership of the cart and the painting-offs for the lathe. Has been testing the system and found his performance in the range of competence required, taking into account the significant reduction in cost for systems similar than heralding the application of this system on the machinery traditional in our factories quite easily and at the lowest cost, and this in turn leads to Aljdoh overall, one of the requirements of the century atheist century.
