Abstract
Law 119 of 2008, known as the law of building a unified application across the country. When coming into force it has appeared many disadvantages. In the context of the research I try to show an exhibition of some negative aspects in order to contribute the development and participate in the correct functioning in the private sector with the official report back office business of Engineering of the Ministry of Local Development, what is delegated and entrusted with organizing these administrative processes. I think we need to give a flash on the needs of the inquiry of the city (the owner or beneficiary of the building permit) with the authority in charge to build this work, and also the supervisor,
