Abstract
Architectural thought plays an important role in increasing investment and developing projects of local administrations, as the traditional architectural thought, that are followed, and has produced socially and untapped investment projects - After studying and analyzing the objectives of each of Egypt’s Vision 2030 and the project for a decent life, the achievement of some goals is linked to the extent of the development of architectural thought, and to confirm this, the light was shed on some experiences of international and local administrations and the extent of the contribution of contemporary design thought to increase wills and aimed sustainable development., which led to transform it into a strong investment attraction points, as Contemporary Architectural Thought has also been applied to projects belonging to local administrations in Upper Egypt. It is common under the project of a decent life and after studying the economic feasibility of that contemporary thought, which confirms its impact on increasing and developing investments positively on local administrations
