Abstract
The design of partially-full pipe crossing includes mainly the determination of the pipe diameter and the corresponding upstream water depth. One of the two equations required for the design purposes was derived from momentum relationships. The second equation was developed from data analysis of conducted laboratory experiments. The suggested two equations can be easily spplied for design purposes and also for estimating the discharge under free and submerged flow co.
