Abstract
Microfilm , as is the case with any other means of technology , has become A vital issue for it represents an alternative to solve any existent problem relating to registering and storing data or information in our up-to-date world. This is the reason for choosing the subject of this technical paper dealing with transferring personnel files in to microfilm in EL Mansoura Faculty of Specific Education the researcher defines certain steps towards procedures relating to such transferring .For conclusion 1 He suggests certain methods to follow in the process of transferring files into microfilm.
